Papua is our most popular series. This was the model we began our journey with, so we are happy to see you like it so much. The medium Papua frame is the most popular one for mirrors due to its optimal price/quality ratio and, of course, its uncommon, primitive yet rather fine ethnic pattern. Notice how harmoniously the patterns are intertwined all the frame long: geometrically regular rhombuses and squares alternate and interweave with circles and ovals.
This is a medium-size mirror with dimensions of 60x140 cm, which is enough to see yourself full-length even at a small distance. It looks impressive yet not cumbersome at all.
Our frames are neither molded products nor baguettes. From the very beginning, we make them as an assembly, distribute the pattern and think over element joints. That is why even a small resizing requires serious designer intervention.
The frame itself is made of solid pine wood, on which a pattern is carved. Then, a long and scrupulous process of painting and ageing is carried on. We focus on highlighting the wood texture, which is always different, so that you have a unique, one of a kind item.
